https://subhamcapital.org is an online information and transaction portal for their AMFI registered firm named: Subham Capital. We follow the basic code of ethics as guided by SEBI and to be followed by all MF Distributors – AGNI (AMFI Guidelines and Norms for Intermediaries).

Below are the latest guidelines under AGNI:

• No splitting of applications to earn higher transaction charges/commissions.
• Intermediaries to keep themselves updated on developments in the mutual fund industry, scheme information, and AMC changes, and deal with investors appropriately.
• Intermediaries must take reasonable steps to ensure that the investor's contact details are correct, and avoid filling in their own information on the investor’s behalf.
• Sales personnel engaged in marketing shall obtain NISM certification, register with AMFI, and quote their EUIN in the Application Form. The certification and registration must be renewed on time.
• Intermediaries shall comply with Know Your Distributor (KYD) norms issued by AMFI.
• Intermediaries must provide all documents required by AMCs in terms of Anti-Money Laundering/Combating Financing of Terrorism requirements, including KYC documents.
• Intermediaries must be diligent when attesting investor documents and performing KYC verification.
• Intermediaries must inform AMC and AMFI of any changes in their status, constitution, address, or contact details.
• High standards of ethics, integrity, and fairness must be maintained in all dealings with investors, AMCs, and other intermediaries.
• Intermediaries must refund incentives, including commissions, that are subject to claw-back as per SEBI regulations.
• All upfront commissions paid to distributors will be subject to claw-back if there is a switch from a Regular Plan to a Direct Plan after January 1, 2013.
• Intermediaries should not engage in fraudulent or unfair trade practices, such as selling units by making false statements or concealing important scheme information.

We advise all our investors to read the offer documents before investing and compulsorily make them understand that Mutual Funds are subject to market Risk, and there is no guarantee that past returns will be repeated in the future.
